Looking for a Baltizar-like brasserie for a long lunch this weekend....don't care which part of the city...Any suggestions?

I am HUGE fab of blue claw, hard shell crabs and was wondering where I could go to get/eat them in New Orleans? Newspaper, crabs and cold beer is what I am looking for...thanks for your help.
