Hash Browned Enchiladas in NM?
I went to NM a couple of years ago and had some amazing hash browned filled enchiladas covered in green chile. I am going back and wonder if anyone knows where I can find these? I cant remember the name or town...it was a small roadside coffee shop that only stayed open until 2 pm. Thanks.
