Many years ago -- a meal at Le Bec Fin (Philly), under former owner, Georges Perrier. Also, a very special meal/dinner at Daniel (NYC), and dinner at Gary Danko (San Franciso).
My current drink of choice:
Belvedere on the rocks; Ketel One martini (a little dirty, w/ olives, hopefully blue-cheese stuffed olives); Ron Zacapa (Original).

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
I don't know that I have a "go-to" dinner party dish, but I guess I would have to say Chicken Cordon Bleu; or various types of hors d'oeuvres. If it's summer time, my go-to is BBQ/smoked food, specifically BBQ/smoked ribs, but I smoke sausage, chicken, and beef as well.
My favorite comfort food:
A nice turkey dinner, with a great stuffing and cranberry sauce of course. Also, a nice "comfort food" meal at Hattie's in Saratoga Springs, NY; or the Scillian pie at Tirreno's in Mahwah, NJ
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
In no order -- Little Moir's Food Shack (Jupiter, FL); Christini's (Orlando, FL); Springwater Bistro (Saratoga Springs, NY; unfortunately it has closed); OK, for the next one, I'll go completely untraditional, out of the ordinary, and sentimental here, at least for the time being...Callahan's (Fort Lee, NJ); Knife & Fork Inn, and Chef Vola (both in Atlantic City, NJ)
