Request for general recommendations for Woburn area

I'd 2nd the vote for Lanna Thai. There's a new place that opened in your area, Beacon Grille, more steakhouse/American, I only have been for a reception but that was good. Prices reasonable. I'd have to say L'Andanna Grill in Burlington is my favorite lately in the area. I blog from time to time about local restaurants at http://woburnite.com a good source for info on local businesses. http://sciwoburn.org is a good source for general info about the community, including a free weekly community newsletter (full disclosure, I work for this nonprofit!).

Dining in Lyon and beyond

I believe the original Pyramide chef referenced here was Fernand Point. I came across this post look up a reference to him for an article I'm writing about a visit to Boston's Aujourd'hui Restaurant, where we had a 3 course Rhone tasting meal recently. The sommelier referenced point in his intro to the meal.

4 cups leftover fresh pecans

Pecans and pork combine nicely. I've made pork tenderloin entrusted with pecans (slice the pork then coat the slices) that was very good. I also love toasted nuts in salad.
