My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Lasagne - homemade pasta, homemade ricotta, homemade pork ragu, homemade sausage, homemade meatballs, and good fresh mozzerella - salad of red leaf lettuce, arugula, avocado, blanched asapragus with a mustard vinaigrette. Bread - the best available, since although i can make a lot of things I can't bake bread to save my life.
My favorite comfort food:
mofongo, asopao, a farm fresh egg frizzled in olive oil, topped with sea salt, with a slice of good, honest bread (as mfk would say)
