Best Cafe/Restaurant/Bar with WIFI???
I know that the Amsterdam Cafe in Southie definitely has wifi (actually just called them earlier today to make sure). I'm not sure about the one on Columbus Ave.
Also, I just remembered that LTK (Legal Test Kitchen) in South Boston near the waterfront has WIFI as well. Supposedly they have excellent food as well and change most of their menu every month. Has anyone tried LTK and can make recommendations? I might go by there today... park it at the bar and find some good apps.
Best Cafe/Restaurant/Bar with WIFI???
Thank you for all of your recommendations... I'll definitely try some of them out!
* FYI: I've heard that Amsterdam Cafe in South Boston has wireless as well as some great sandwiches/wraps, soy lattes, and frozen yogurt/frozen soy (fresh mixers... even tofu if you are willing to venture down that road)
Best Cafe/Restaurant/Bar with WIFI???
Hello,
I know that this is not quite a typical chowhound topic but I was wondering if anyone could recommend any places in Boston with wifi. I'm especially looking for a place that has parking, is near South Boston, and has a relaxing, cafe-like atmosphere (and is preferably open late!).
Thank you for any help!
Tony's in East Boston - has anyone tried?
I'm hoping to be able to go next week and, if so, I will definitely let you know... if not, let me know when you make it over there!
Tony's in East Boston - has anyone tried?
Thank you for your response! I'm definitely going to try to go again soon, it sounds so interesting!
Tony's in East Boston - has anyone tried?
Hello...
I read about this restaurant a few months ago and had forgotten about it until now. Has anyone tried it, know if it's still open, or have any tips on going? I tried going when I first found out about it but it seemed to be closed.
Here is a link for a write-up on it:

And a quote about it...
"Whatever owner Rosa DePasquale feels like cooking is what you eat at this delightfully old-school East Boston haunt. The meatballs, ziti, and ravioli are the real deal."
Thanks!
Searching for Fun Place for Bday Dinner!?!
Hello Everyone,
I am looking for a restaurant for a friend's 24th birthday tomorrow evening. I would appreciate any advice or tips! We're looking for a place that:
* can handle a crowd that can be loud (probably 10-15 people)
* is convenient to downtown nightlife (leaning towards Canal St.)
* is not extravagantly priced
* is preferably different and/or fun in some way
We have heard Enormous Room is fun... any ideas on that as well?
Thank you for any and all suggestions!
Fun restaurant experience with a different/funky atmosphere
Thank you all for your suggestions. Dali sound great... I actually lived in Salamanca Spain for a bit and would love a little "trip" back to the culture.
If any other ideas pop up, let me know!
Fun restaurant experience with a different/funky atmosphere
Hello,
I'm trying to find some "different" places to eat in the area. Something that has a fun atmosphere and will make an impression on you. As always, the lower in price the better, but I am overall looking for a fun place to go.
So far, I've heard of Cuchi Cuchi, Enormous Room, Tangierino/Casbah Lounge.
Any opinions on these places or others???
