Baked some fresh asparagus w/ sea salt and a bit of olive oil wrapped in prosciutto for dinner alongside roasted rosemary potatoes and some pork medallions in a chianti balsamic reduction. Still have some capecolla for tomorrow. Just the idea of someone having too much prosciutto made me have to go out and enjoy some! |

The prosciutto lined in the muffin pans came out perfect. I made an egg mixture with a bit of fresh rosemary and some parmesan romano, and a second mixture with small bits of fresh pepperoni and basil. It was quick, easy and delicious. Thanks julietg for the idea. |

I'm trying the Prosciutto and egg in a muffin pan tommorrow morning. I am still trying to think of a small topping: fresh rosemary or a nice cheese melted over top the egg. |

Packing more interesting lunches for work Thank you so much, Cooking Light did have some good ideas. I was also able to find some more inspiration on Recipezaar and Chef.com. I found a good recipe for onigiri too. Right now I have about 12 interesting recipes. If they turn out the way I hope, I'll post them. Thanks again. |

Packing more interesting lunches for work Anyone have any good ideas for packing more interesting lunches to work, especially options that do not need to be reheated, although any ideas on that front would be great too. |

Suggestion for a small Wine Refrigerator I got an 8 bottle wine fridge last year from target, and its silent. They had 2 models and I went back and got the 6 bottle version for my parents for Christmas. It's silent and I believe they set it up it in their bedroom as well. |

If you head up to 17th and Chestnut, you could stop at DiBruno Bros. Their upstairs has amazing lunch options and some of the best fries in the world served with their Kobe Beef Burger. They have some great salads, sandwiches and gourmet lunches. They even have good sushi. If you're sticking to 12th and Market, you're pretty close to Maggiano's which is a bit pricey, but its right there and 12th or 13th and Filbert, and they have some very good italian food. I took my both my children there when they were toddlers and they were well behaved and no one minded them being there. With the family dining option and all the bread they give you the kids stayed occupied. |

Red Baron is the only frozen pizza for me. With the regular crust, the fancy crust. My absolute favorite is the four cheese fancy crust, but I haven't come across a single Baron I didn't enjoy. |

Anyone know where to get great Pizzelles in Philadelphia? Anyone know where to get great Pizzelles in Philadelphia? I have had some homemade pizzelles, but I know there has to be a bakery in South Philly that makes great pizzelles from scratch everyday. |
