BBQ catering
Yes, I had BBQ catered for a company lunch from Community Q and it was awesome! We had the pulled pork and chicken. Mac 'n cheese for sure! They delivered and it was very easy.
Your opinion on BEST Brunch in ATL? (price & location not a factor)
The BEST Brunch I have ever had is at the Ritz Carlton Buckhead. It is excellent.
I have a a very good brunch at Parker's on Ponce and Atkins Park. Murphy's has always been really good too!

What's Your Favorite Taco Joint in Atlanta?
Taqueria de los Hermanos in Tucker is excellent! For fish tacos and yummy shrimp tacos El Senor Taco on Buford Hwy is great.
Rehearsal Dinner near Douglasville
Gumbeaux's is GREAT. I don't know how many they can accommodate, but you need to call them.
Where can I give Baby Shower/Brunch near Brookhaven or Buckhead
I went to a very nice baby shower at the Swan Coach house a few years ago. It was great and the food was very good too!
Dunwoody - family dinner for out-of-towners
I think this must be a mistake. I believe they only have the 3 restaurants here, and don't feel anything like a corporate deal.
Have you been? It's really a good restaurant. You should try it. The food is out of this world.
Dunwoody - family dinner for out-of-towners
I have been to Sugo twice and both times it was great! This is a family owned restaurant, the Castellucci's truly make you feel as though you are one of their family. The food is so good, and the service is outstanding. They also own the Iberian Pig in Decatur and it is also very very good!
La Grotta is an excellent choice also. The food is outstanding!
Good luck and have fun!

McKendrick's vs. Chops
I would pick McKendrick's over Chop's any day. There is always something a little wrong at Chops, in my experiences, whether it be service or something to do with the food.
McKendrick's is great, food is stellar and service is excellent!
Hope you have a great time!
Store bought Latkes?
I think they have them at the Kroger at Toco Hills, the Kosher Kroger.
4th & Swift - has anyone been?
I went a few months ago and it was great. We ordered all the appetizers and they were all wonderful. I recommend it completely!
Restaurant Advice Needed?
Sugo Italian Restaurant is excellent. One location is on Roswell Rd. The food is amazing!
Parker's on Ponce?
I have been for Brunch, it was very good. They have a bloody mary bar, it was excellent! It is a clean, comfortable, casual, good feeling place. I liked it a lot!
I have also been to Leon's Full Service, while it was very good also, it's a totally different atmosphere, smaller, louder. The food was great.
Iberian Pig is another consideration, we sat upstairs, so it was quieter than downstairs. the food was very good, waitstaff excellent. Just a different feel .
I think for a special occasion, in Decatur, I would go to Parker's on Ponce or Iberian Pig.
Have fun!

Thoughts on Atlanta Steakhouses.
I do love Bones, but I get the lobster bisque, that is out of this world.
McKendrick's is excellent, not sure about the egg yolk but their steaks are great and service is wonderful.
Those are my two favorite places in Atlanta.
Hope you have a great time!
Authentic mexican cuisine
Taqueria de Los Hermanos in Tucker, they have a few locations... They are THE BEST!!!
gyros everywhere
I like the gyro at Downwind, they have it as a special. I really like the gyro at a place that used to be called Olympic Gyro and Kabob. I am not sure what the name is now but the gyro is very good.
This is out Winter's Chapel Rd, Doraville.
Please help me decide
If you can't afford Bacchanalia, take a look at Floataway Cafe, it's their sister restaurant and really good.
Canoe is very good, I would go there.

Is Oceanaire really worth THAT price??
I really do love Oceanaire. Everything I have ever had there is excellent. The service is great. The crabcakes are insane, more crab than cake. I think it is worth it!
Have fun!
Iberian Pig
We had a really great time with a small group of 5. The appetizer that stood out the most were the pork cheek tacos, they are small but awesome.
The best entree of the night was the Cabrito Carbonara it was outstanding. The Chicken and the pork tenderloin were very good too.
It's really a fun place to spend an evening.
Hope you have a great time!
What are some Norcross Georgia don't miss restaurants?
I would recommend Mi Pilon, it is on Buford Hwy, right outside of Historic Norcross, a very cute neighborhood with some other notable places to eat.
Mi Pilon has a buffet, where the owner will describe what they offer for the day. Roasted pork, oxtail, roasted chicken, chicken soup, picadillo etc. Don't forget to ask for some hot sauce, it is great!
Another great option is Zapata in Historic Norcross. They have the most unreal soups, so flavorful.
Hope you enjoy your time, there are other parts of Norcross with Ted's Montana Grill and Dreamland Barbecue.

One night in Atlanta and Where to Eat
Bacchanalia is romantic and elegant and outstanding!
Need Rec: Great wine and really good food in North Atlanta
I just had a GREAT dinner with wonderful wine at Sugo, in Roswell, not too far from you. The food was excellent, the wine wonderful and the service was outstanding! (you can go into Roswell to stroll)
I also really have enjoyed La Grotta in the past, this is closer to you.
my graduation dinner
I think Floataway would be perfect. Or something totally different, what about Alfredo's on Cheshire Bridge, it's fun, really.

Atlanta must-eats for visitors from New York!
Fox Bros over Fat Matt's big time! (Community Q is great too)
Atlanta eats- 3 questions just for fun
The best meal at a restaurant was 4th and Swift. We ordered a ton of small plates and cheeses and mussels. The service was awesome and food was great!
I love to go to Taqueria de los Hermanos in Tucker. Every dish I have had there is creative and tastey. The specials are really out of this world. The soups are unreal. Even their tacos can't be beat.
Recently, the most interesting meal/experience was testing the two Havana's on buford Hwy. I like the sandwich at the Original Havana, but the beans were better at #2 or is it Havana Cafe?
I know you wanted some cool experience but that's about it for me. Hopefully something fun will come up.
What is your answer to your questions? rcburli?
Birthday lunch/ Perimeter mall area/Woodstock/ or Roswell?
There are a lot of good lunch spots around Perimeter and in Roswell.
Goldfish is always good. (Perimeter)
Relish is great. (Roswell)
Chinese New Year's help!
They have Chinese New Year celebration, with Dragon dance and music and food at the Chinese Cultural Center in Chamblee. It's really fun and fun trying new food. Good luck though.
Atlanta: Woodfire Grill, Eugene, Spice Market
Love Woodfire Grill and Restaurant Eugene, have not been to Spice.
Just went to 4th and Swift and would recommend also Watershed has always been a favorite.
Dining question for dinner tonight in Atlanta
We ended up going to 4th and Swift and I am so glad we did. Service and food was out of this world good.
We started out with some small plates of veal meatballs, fried oysters on risotto, artisian meat and cheese plates and the beets. There was not a bad item here. Each one was so wonderful in its own way.
Then we ordered our large plates and could it get any better? Well it did!
Our server was great as were all of the wait staff!
Thanks!
