Chiles Enogados in Puerto Vallarta?
My husband and I are in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We are staying in the Zona Romantica, and we really want to savor this town. But, every where we go, the food is catered to American tourists. It's either bland, or the holy trinity of "burrito," "beef taco," or "nachos!!"
Except for one amazing resturant, El Mole De Jovita. This place has the best mole I have ever had!!
I am dying for some real gourmet Mexican food, Chiles Enogados is on the top of my list. Any one with some suggestions?
Molotes at Valle de Oaxaca
I just tried for the first time the Memela: a thick hand made corn tortilla with mashed black beans and cheese. Wow, I am so in love with sweetness of the tortilla, the cheese, and they did add a very garlicky yummy red sauce, just a bit enugh to leave you wanting more. I feel so happy to have discovered this amazing, place that marinate thier meets for a while. I am so happy to recomend this place.

Good cheap(ish) lunch in Santa Monica??
I love that place, it is in our neighborhood, we walk to it on regular bases. The food is modern California Italian, light, fresh, and to die for.
