Imago at the Hassler in Rome
The chef is indeed young and indeed talented...he helmed the previous restaurant at the Hassler before the change to Imago (the Rooftop Restaurant) and his cooking was really terrific when we ate there. Ive not been to Imago but I'm very excited to go...and several friends have dined there and raved...look fwd to hearing your review!
Sweet Life Cafe or Atria? Dinner in the "Vineyard"
Trying to decide between the two for dinner this weekend in the "Vineyard". Have narrowed it down to the SWC or Atria - but I'm open to other fine dining options.
Anyone been to either place recently? Any other places jump out as better, obvious choices?
Martha's Vineyard - need restaurant recs!
Heading to the "Vineyard" for the first time.
Looking for two nice restaurants (fine dining) and one casual seafooder (think "chowda" and lobster rolls).
Also, any lunch spots, ice cream places, watering holes, etc.
I've been told the Sweet Life Cafe is terrific, and also Atria and Larsons for seafood.
Help, please!
Martha's Vineyard - two nights, three days
Looking for dinner places and lunch places in the Vineyard.
I've been told Sweet Life Cafe, Atria, Detente, Lambert's Cove Inn are the best in the area for dressed up dinner. And also heard to hit Lambert's for take out. All recommendations are welcome, from fine dining to roadside clam shacks.
Any tips would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
Best all around Japanese in NYC?
Sushi Sasabune is new and insanely good...from LA this is the first outpost in NYC. Best sushi I've had in NYC - though I haven't had Masa.
Also, NakaNaka...great authentic Japanese...my new favorite spot for a transporting experience...actually, I shouldn't have told you about this one - I still want to be able to get in!
Anniversary Dinner - Aureole, Daniel, or Del Posto
Thanks...good stuff so far and helpful...seems Aureole is the choice at the moment. We were also considering Asiate - but I'm not sure its on the level of the other options in terms of food - but certainly the view is swoon worthy. Look forward to more thoughts.
Anniversary Dinner - Aureole, Daniel, or Del Posto
Tough call here...anyone been to all three restaurants recently? Anyone know of any three-sided coins? This ain't an easy decision.
