omakase with chef yasuda (nyc); uni spaghetti at marea (nyc); curry laksa at 328 katong laksa (singapore); carbonara at lupa (nyc); duck hotpot (jiaozhuo city, china - restaurant name unknown)

beefeater on the rocks, negroni on the rocks (well, actually I like it served over one huge hunk of ice), water

I really wish I could:

not overanalyze menus/what i'm planning to eat; eat at el bulli; make curry laksa at home

guacamole, chili (meat & beans), baked mac & cheese; steak & shrimp hibachi-style

My favorite comfort food:

korean soup/stews (maewun tang, kalbi tang, daegu jiri) with rice; pork/chive dumplings; homemade chicken noodle soup (cliche, but...)
