Best meal I ever ate:
Although I don't eat meat anymore, my most memorable meal was a steak from the blue spruce in frisco, co. with a really nice glass of red. can't remember the details, but i do remember the flavors.
My current drink of choice:
i never really have a standard drink - mix it up all the time. I'm drinking a lot of green tea in the mornings though :-)
I really wish I could:
fly everywhere. food related? travel more and experience new cultures/cuisines.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Ice Cream. All sorts.
My favorite comfort food:
Probably Indian food - Naan with malai kofta, sag paneer, chai tea...
My most tattered cookbooks:
A Perfect Scoop, Williams Sonoma "Vegetarian" - it's wonderful!
