Tarrytown House does catering as well. They will do a small party.

Harvest on Hudson is only good if they put you on main floor. I don't think they have an elevator to the second floor room.

Le Provencal in Mamaroneck has a private room.

If you were going on a Tuesday to eFriday, I would recommend X20 in Yonkers - they have a special lunch for $25.

Try Kam Seh in White Plains (in the DMV building ) They have everything!!!

Go up route 448 and visit Stone Barns. Look at the animals and eat at the cafe.
In Dobbs Ferry, Tomatillo has burritos and various beers. very casual.
There is another Greek place in Sleepy Hollow, Santorini, which is pretty good.

Santorini in Sleepy Hollow has a private room in the back. Prices are reasonable and food it good.

'be advised that entrees at the Mermaid, in Ocean Beach, are half price on Mondays. make a reservation and sit on the deck.

She closed for the winter but is re-opening around Memorial Day.

I found a box of passion fruit juice in the Spanish section of the local supermarket. I used the recipe above and made a pitcher and a half. Served over ice and guests weren't feeling any pain.
Also made shrimp gumbo and jambalaya and local bakery made a King cake.

I've had dinner at the bar at Freelance Cafe a few times and it was quite enjoyable.

Also went to Stone Barns on a Friday night (around 7) and got two seats at the bar!! They have a 3 course prix fixe for $45, with a few less choices (and $20 less cost) than the "regular" 3 course. You also can get anything from the menu or bar specials.

Season is almost over but there are farmer markets every Saturday in Hastings, Tarrytown, Ossining, Pleasantville, etc. Veggies and fruit are really fresh; some have meat, honey, breads, etc.

If you are in Northern NJ, then go to Arthur Avenue in the Bronx. There are quite a few good butchers.

Pete's Saloon in Elmsford has a private room. I don't know if it is big enough for your party. They have music (sometimes live).

Coffee Labs on Main Street in Tarrytown has pumpkin spice coffee.

They roast the coffee there and everything is great!!

The bar at BHSB has about 9 seats where you can eat dinner. First come, first served. Sometimes you have to wait a long time. I was lucky, arrived at 7PM on a Friday a month ago and was seated immediately. Sometimes you get lucky - we had a wonderful meal.

Another suggestion: Xaviers is supposed to open in Yonkers real soon.
