Stumptown coming to Chicago

According to the founder of stumptown, they're opening at least one location and a roastery in chicago. http://sprudge.com/pdx-sea-nyc-where-will-stumptown-be-roasting-next.html
They look to be going the route of Starbucks and Peet's in their quest to take over the coffee world.

Easter brunch suggestions in chicago

My family's coming out to visit for easter and i'm trying to figure out a good place to get easter brunch. I've looked at the Sepia easter menu and it looks pretty good, but i'm new to the city and i don't know of that many places. Any suggestions on the classier/nicer side of things would be great. Thanks
Michael

Banh Mi in San Rafael

i have been going to this place for a couple of months so far. It's great. I always go with the bbq pork, but i need to venture out and try to pork combination. I tried to Vietnamese iced coffee today and it was great. I was a little skeptical because of the condensed milk, but it was really good. The great part is a can go here during lunch. I can easily make it here and back to school, Redwood, in enough time.

the tandoori rubbed rotisserie turkey i had was amazing. so juicy. But the rest was just the same old thanksgiving stuff.

Ps: just joined chowhound and i can't wait to go to all these great restaurants i'm seeing.
