Pasta Carbonara made with my Mother, after several disaterous attempts, it finally came out PERFECT!
My current drink of choice:
Anything poured/mixed by someone else.
I really wish I could:
Travel, eat, and write and never have to worry about money.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Dips, meatballs, bread pudding, and wonton wrappers stuffed with anything I have on hand, then fried.
My favorite comfort food:
Roast Chicken, stuffing, mashed potatos, carrots, and peas. All covered with lots of butter and gravy. Possibly some rolls, if i have room left on the plate.
