3 nights in tokyo alone for the first time. What are the top 3 restaurants I should try?

There is absolutely nothing I dislike about Japanese cuisine, I love it all. I think Sawada is a definite must for me, I'm also thinking about Kyubey, which I heard was another great restaurant and then Tentake for fugu. These three restaurants are what I have got so far. I don't want any foreign cuisine, just japanese. Anyone have any other suggestions or must eats? anything? Has anyone heard of any of these restaurants? Any of them good?

Nishiazabu Taku
Higashi-Yama
Ten-Ichi: Tempura

I appreciate any recommendations.

Thanks alot.

3 nights in tokyo alone for the first time. What are the top 3 restaurants I should try?

I'm traveling to tokyo this sunday Jan 22 to wed Jan 25. I'm looking for at least 3 good meals. I really like omakase style Japanese sushi and I heard a lot of good things about Sawada. Can anyone recommend a 3 night dinner itinerary for me? I could have the four seasons book them for me. I don't care too much for lunch time, I rather just explore, but a good dinner is a must.

Thank you

Vanilla Bean Souffle

I had the best Vanilla Bean Souffle at Olives in Las Vegas in the Bellagio. Does anyone know of any places in Los Angeles that serve something similar? It was to die for!!! I've seen chocolate and hazelnut souffles, but never vanilla bean. Anyone have any insight?

Sasebune

I absolutely love sasabune. I use to sit with Kenji, but he moved to NY and is opening up a sasabune in NY, I think grand opening is in a couple of weeks, my friends and I told him we would go visit his restaurant in NY.
Now we sit with Hiroki, all the chefs there are great and I go so often they all know me by now, my friends and I were calculating the amount of money we spend at sasabune a year and it comes close to 7000 a year almost. But I still love it.
Scary to think we have limited amount of fish supplies left in the world. I would think they would be able to raise new fish in a fish farm or something, or does it not work that way?

Best Japanese Sushi Restaurant in LA

My absolute favorite place is Sasabune. I don't think I can live without it. I go there about once a week and although it is somewhat pricy, it's so worth it.

What Japanes Sushi restaurant do you consider the best in LA?

Omakase style

Best Restaurants in San Gabriel Valley

I've lived in LA my whole life and I'm always eating in San Gabriel Valley. I've heard there are some really and I mean really great restaurants hidden in these areas. Does anyone have any suggestions or know of any?

My usual places are MPV or NBC or Newport. I've recently discovered New concept and Fantasy Eatery which are great. Can anyone suggest any other places that's to die for in this area?
