Yes eggs and dairy are fine.

Finally there appears to be an option for good (not outstanding but good) Indian food in Vallejo. Right of Georgia street exit from 80 there is the India Garden restaraunt. Seems to be connected in some way with the Chaat and Sweet House at the bottom of University Ave. in Berkeley.

The food was good mainstream Indian fare.

My son is soon to be 18 and I have decided to take the greater family out to a fancy Sunday brunch. We have been to Hs Lordship’s and he likes it but I would like to find a much nicer place for this special occasion.

If keep walking down (south) on shattuck there is a small cafe on the East corner of Shattuck and Channing. They have HUGE bearclaws! Highly (maybe too much for my waist line) recommended.
Don't know their coffee.

Indian food, sound perfect. I assume that they have plenty of vegie dishes.
