Baking With Julia, Southern Living cookbook from 1972, Silver Palate, Joy of Cooking, 2nd Ave. Deli, anything by Lora Brody, Cold Weather Cooking by Sarah Leah Chase, and technically not a cookbook, but the mighty Smitten Kitchen website would certainly be tattered if it were in print..
