Too many to pinpoint just one - but it's a tie between Per Se and Antico Arco and the carbonara at Hostaria Romana.
My current drink of choice:
Martini with Hendrick's gin served up with 2 olives.
I really wish I could:
Bake. I can't follow a recipe that closely and always end up messing up the measurements.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Cook's Illustrated recipe for spaghetti and meatballs. It's the best and makes just about everyone happy.
My favorite comfort food:
Mac and cheese, spaghetti carbonara and spinach dip.

Danny Brown's in Forest Hills, Belcourt in NYC, Frankies 457 in Carroll Gardens, Peacock Inn in Princeton NJ and Hostaria Romana in Rome.
