Best meal I ever ate:
Spaghetti with olive oil, garlic and pancetta in Rome. About as basic as it gets and I still think about it (had the meal 6 years ago).
My current drink of choice:
German hefeweizen - Paulaner, Weinstephaner, Hacker Pschorr - or Hitachino White
I really wish I could:
Bake. I just can't be so precise when I cook.
