NY-style takeout Chinese near Roscoe Village

Oh, how I miss the steamed veggie dumplings at The Cottage on the Upper West Side! For seven years, I've been searching for decent takeout Chinese in the Windy City. I'm settling for Jeanny's on West Belmont as I usually do. I looked at some older postings on this subject but it doesn't look like anyone had the answer. Anything change? Thanks!

Naples dining options

Thanks for these great suggestions! Much appreciated.

Positano/Sorrento

Lucky you....
Positano restaurants: Buca di Baco on the beach, ask for a table closest to the beach. Excellent food. Hotels...three ranges Albergo L'ancora (stayed there 10 years ago has since been renovated, i think); Hotel Poseidon (great) and Le Sireneuse (most luxurious in town).

Naples dining options

Please help. No time to do serious research. Foodies with two little ones will be in Naples for a week. We need some good places for dinner. Food quality is paramount. Kid-friendly is a close second. Anything with a view or walkable kid activities (i.e., after-dinner ice cream) would be great. We absolutely want to avoid touristy places. We're trying to keep the chicken fingers and french fries to a minimum. The kids are not picky eaters and they like fish. Thank you in advance!

yes, quality of food is important. i talked to casablance and since we're going really early (5:30), they said no problem with the kids. how's the food? any if you have another suggestion, that would be great, too.

Need Ft. Laud dining option for 15

We have a group coming to Las Olas area. Looking for early-dinner option on a Friday night near 17th Street. Might be nice to take the water taxi somewhere or even better, dinner on the beach. Any thoughts? 10 adults, five little kids (under 7). Any help would be appreciated!

Rehearsal Dinner Locations in Ft. Lauderdale

I am having an event for the same number of people at The River House. They've been great to work with so far and the food is very good. We've eaten dinner there. It's right on the river off Las Olas and they have a lovely patio and many rooms to choose from. go to their website ftlauderdaleriverhouse.com to see pics.

Ft. Laud. brunch options - please help

I need a Sunday brunch option for 20 people on or near Las Olas. I'm thinking about Indigo in the Riverside Hotel. Any thoughts? Kid-friendly is a must! Thank you!

Looking for party venue in Fort Lauderdale/Boca Raton

I want to have a luncheon for 40+ people. 60th birthday party. Food quality is paramount over location, ambiance. But something on the water would be ideal. Any thoughts on the Bridge Hotel? Any suggestions from West Palm to Fort Lauderdale would be appreciated!
