The Cockatoo restaurant in west los angeles @ 1963

No, not the one in Hawthorn. I do believe that it did become the Scotch and Sirloin though, it did change names a few times. But thanks anyway.

The Cockatoo restaurant in west los angeles @ 1963

Does Anyone remember this restaurant except me??? It was a semi-fancy steakhouse on the northwest corner of Pico and Sepulveda. I was there is 1963, I remember it vividly, but everyone thinks I'm nuts!

Best Chicken Wings in Las Vegas?

These wings come plain, barbeque, hot, and "911". I am going again next week and getting plain, with sauce on the side so they're easier to eat. They are big, cooked perfectly and CHEAP... but after midnight, to 6am only; for 25 cents each or $2.50 a plate of ten. The restaurant is located inside Hooters, it's name is the Mad Onion, it's just a little ways down on the left side when you enter the front door.

Asian Food in Santa Barbara County

I think everyone started getting a little off-track and ended up with Japanese/sushi, etc! I thought the question was more or less for "Chinese" food, and I'm surprised no one mentioned Ming Dynasty in Santa Maria. They have dinners, and a buffet that is very good. It is located in the large strip mall across from Burger King on South Broadway just north of Betteravia Rd. There is a "back" way to Santa Maria from Lompoc also; check out a map. :)
