Question about this pasta machine...........
I read about the ravioli attachment KA makes and I hear its very dissapointing. I already have a ravioli rolling pin that my mother gave me and I have made ravioli before but my mother always made the sheets.
And no I dont have a KA but your recomandations has deffinatley made me realize how much I need one

I thought about getting the kitchen aid, so thats really the way to go huh. Does that also make linguine and other pasta or just helps you make the sheets cause that really what im looking to do.

I like La Summa for a couple of reasons they have the best risotto in the North End in my opinion. I think the pasta is pretty good. But I also like the veal in limone sauce

Gelato, I love gelato so much when the gelateria I worked at went out of business I bought his batch freezer and pasturizing machine for $12,000. I took over his wholesale business but that was really just an excuse so I can continue eating gelato on a daily basis, I also bought a refrigerator and I keep it at 55 degrees exact just for my gelato I love it

Bob's is awsome they make the best veal parm ive ever had among other great and HUGE grinders
