Recipe in Ana Sortun's ''Spice"

Hi, I have the book and can't find something exactly like what you describe in the index. However, there is a "Red Pepper and Walnut Puree" recipe that does include both walnuts and pomegranate molasses. No full pomegranate seeds and no green olives anywhere. Not sure if it's what you mean. It also includes eggplant, scallions, pinenuts, bread crumbs, chiles and spices. Sound like the one you're looking for? Regardless, I haven't made this one before but it sounds fantastic so I think I will. :-) Cheers.

Onion Soup Les Halles

I have made this recipe, it's one of the best french onion soups I've ever had. Don't go the half-assed route. Go cook at a friend's place to do it the right way and it'll make you shiver with delight and joy at the simple things, done well.
