Every time I tune in, I see some frantic gay guy trying to breathe through his nervousness. And the others freaking out over whatever task they have before them. I don't enjoy the show, and always end up changing the channel. UGH.

YES, the DreamDinners in Santa Rosa on Summerfield is terrible. I do not recommend that place. Staff is unfriendly and the food is gross.

Cranberry, Walnut, cream sauce over pasta
Is there a way to dry the cranberries, say in an oven or dehydrater? Just a thought. The taste combination sounds really good.

Can't beat a whole package of green onions for only a dollar. At my regular store, one bunch in a dollar. And, the berries are half the price. I also buy micro greens which are great.

Try going to the Big 3 Diner in Boyes Hot Springs (i think), Sonoma Mission Inn, great! Crab Eggs Benedict or w/o crab - delish!

Sounds like a great trip! You are right about La Dolce V,,,chocolate too expensive and the place is a real dissapointment for sure.
Batali/Ray vs. Flay/di Laurentiis
This show was worse than I thought it would be. Obviously, Mario thought it was a big joke too. GL & RR cannot compete with the likes of Kat Cora. Kitchen Stadium is no place for these amateurs!
