Local grown lamb, veggies, and wild mushrooms all from Isle Madame, cooked by Fabienne Clavel (daughter of former well known chef in this area) with only the rice "from off the island". With Willamette Valley Vineyards Pinot Noir. The mushrooms were amazing - morels, chanterelles and others, harvested by JP Boudreau.
