Oakland/Berkeley suggestions for a quiet-ish celebration?
A friend of mine and I have birthdays close together, and a tradition of going out for a meal, just the two of us, to relax and have good food/wine.
Any suggestions for a good, moderately priced, wine-friendly place that isn't so loud we can't have a conversation?
