unfortunately, the red cooked pork is never available either
the tiger skin pork shoulder is a nice alternative. it's your typical braised pork shoulder but it comes with a spicy sauce that you pour all over the pork. it's a nice twist to this otherwise common dish

haven't seen kaffir lime leaves at any of the se asian markets in lowell in quite awhile. there are plenty of kaffir lime trees for sale at the water festival in august though
