Hey all- |

Lower East Side Saturday Early Wife and I looking for early dinner on Saturday night around 6pm on Lower East Side. Looking for good food, a new spot would be ideal, something on the higher end rather than a hole-in-the-wall find, but definitely looking for something interesting. Any suggestions? |

So wife and I got babysitting reprieve for Thursday night. Its been a while since we've been out to dinner. Looking for something in the West Village or Tribeca that's new, good, and we can get into at around 7 on Thursday night without a resy- or where we might get a last minute resy for 7pm. Price not an object. Will eat at the bar if that's what it takes. Most important is quality and someplace relatively new. Hope the request isn't lame. Any recos appreciated. |

Chinese delivery in Ditmas Park? Sadly Yen Yen is really the only edible option. I have taken to hopping in the car and driving a few minutes down to Avenue U and picking up. Not as convenient as delivery obviously, but there are some really good places down there. |

Last Minute Anniversary help.... Excellent Suggestions. Trouble is (and I should have made this more clear in original post), we sort of need to be home by a certain time and Cafe Boulud can't take us until 9 which is too late- thus my quandary. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |

Last Minute Anniversary help.... Ok. Owing to a number of factors (babysitting conflicts, relatives in town from overseas for 1 night, etc...) my wife and I will be celebrating our anniversary 1 night before the actual date on which we already had reservations, so... I am looking for a great spot on the Upper East Side for dinner for 2 tomorrow night around 730.We'll be around Mad/70 having drink with aforementioned relative. Doesn't have to be a well-known place- but it certainly could be- or it could be a neighborhood favorite that is, in some way, appropriate for an anniversary. My only criteria are that it be good and somewhat "special" in at least one of the many ways in which a place can be special. And of course I need to get a table for 2 at 730 on a Wednesday with 24 hours notice. Thanks in advance. |
