The Best Lobster Bisque

I ate extremely good ones at many places. BLT Fish had a great one. Nevertheless, I'd recommend you try the bisque at 26 seats cheap and extremely good.(Call to see if they still have it on the menu)

Best Sashimi Downtown

Downtown : houston st and lower.
Sashimi : Fresh Fish - so freshest fish, most generous portions, variety of selection, overall value. I don't care much for maki, rolls tempuras or anything that isn't close to 100% raw seafood.

Also I'm thinking to do a big hands-on review on the best Sashimi in NYC, if any hardcore fish fanatic wants to join me that would be great.

Thank you!

Wine Stores in Manhattan

I agree with you, PJ wine is great and I order from them alot although prices are nevertheless cheaper at spot #1, especially champagne (where else will you find Moet Nectar Imperial at $35 a bottle?). VINtage (#2) is not limited at all but sometimes it literaly gets emptied on weekends, you should visit this spot as selection of good french and italian wine is phenomenal and price excellent. The selection of good but cheap wine is also wonderful : bottle mouton cadet $6, Solaz Osborne $5, Piper Heidsick $22 and less sometimes. I love it!

How much do you tip on Fresh Direct deliveries?

Not a good idea. Seamlessweb does it and the delivery guy sometimes gets upset about the tip let's say that's not very common but what happens most is that you tip alright and the guy shows up 2 hours late or worse don't bring an ID although it was mentionned to him it in the delivery instruction and you have to go downstairs pick up the food which is already cold and then regret the tip you gave him.

Great Sangria

most of the sangrias i had in nyc were made south american style with too much added sugar... in spain and west or france it is more fruity and less sweet. well i know tastes vary and i'm still interested in knowing a good place of not so sweet sangria.

Meson Sevilla (w 46th st) had a good white sangria (last time i had it was 3 yrs ago)

Seeking fresh sea urchin

Bistro 62 has a half dozen for $15 that's cheap being that all you have to do is sit in a restaurant table and order them. We used to catch these oursins in the mediterranean and eat them right away on the boat. oh man how i miss that!

Romantic CHAMPAGNE BARS? How about FLUTE?

Flute is ok. Bubble lounge in tribeca is nicer in my opinion. Otherwise try the hotel scene, hudson, thor, tribeca grand, soho grand etc.
