I love "VEGAN BRUNCH: HOMESTYLE RECIPES WORTH WAKING UP FOR -FROM ASPARAGUS OMELETS TO PUMPKIN PANCAKES" BY ISA-CHANDRA MOSCOWITZ. My omnivore husband has devoured everything I have made from this book. Also HOME BAKING: THE ARTFUL MIX OF FLOUR AND TRADITION AROUND THE WORLD" by JEFFERY ALFORD and NAOMI DUGUID which is so rich in scope and has te most interesting collection of recipes.
