My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Blue cheese and watercress potato salad [http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/recipe_views/views/108279] ... but don't make it all precious like the recipe says, just mix it all together in a big ol' bowl of slop. That's how I really prefer my food -- in bowl-of-slop form.
My favorite comfort food:
Cheesy pasta and deep-fried stuff. The more unhealthy, the better.

I like to try a different place every time. Unless you have avocado shakes, and then I'll come back again and again ...

I have a three-ring binder of recipe printouts from the computer that's looking a little sorry ... other than that, the old Joy of Cooking.
