stir fry,soup,Shake and Bake sometimes I coat with egg then put on straight curry powder,shake in a bag then bake or fry or put 1/2 rice and 1/2 water in a roasting pan chop vegis in it,onions garlic carrots baby bok choy lemon juice ginger red pepper ect then put the meat on top and cover with curry or terryaki and bake with the lid off. |

I just use the syrup in canned fruit for drink mixes,especially with tea and milk.You might be looking for pure fruit syrup not sure. |

What Type of Miso Paste to Use in Miso Soup? I eat Red Korean Miso for breakfast alot I just put a handful of mung bean noodles or rice noodles and some green onion in a bowl then nuke it for 7-8 minutes.Then when its finished and still hot ill add a tablespoon of miso and stir it in till its good and dissolved.Now you know how to make Lazy el Cheapo Miso. |

Cranberry juice is good.Hyssop and green tea.Miso soup.fruit and vegetable juices or smoothies with frozen bananas .Buttermilk .Theres green powders with algae and seaweed VERY good,I add them to juice to make them taste better along with pure psyllium fiber,not really tasty but very effective.Buy a good juicer like a Waring pro or something good if you don't already have one.I used to be alcoholic and almost died thats how I learned this stuff. |
