stir fry,soup,Shake and Bake sometimes I coat with egg then put on straight curry powder,shake in a bag then bake or fry or put 1/2 rice and 1/2 water in a roasting pan chop vegis in it,onions garlic carrots baby bok choy lemon juice ginger red pepper ect then put the meat on top and cover with curry or terryaki and bake with the lid off.

I like plain yellow from time to time I go into simple mode.

I like chinese hot mustard and Dijon.

I just use the syrup in canned fruit for drink mixes,especially with tea and milk.You might be looking for pure fruit syrup not sure.

Yah I eat Outback often love there rock salt prime rib and bread is out of this world!There secret in the bread is molassas I heard.

Don't order two burgers and 2 fries for 2 bucks fries ok burgers were like soy woodchip dogtreats.I like the ice cream stuff though.Higher end burgers ok.

I eat Red Korean Miso for breakfast alot I just put a handful of mung bean noodles or rice noodles and some green onion in a bowl then nuke it for 7-8 minutes.Then when its finished and still hot ill add a tablespoon of miso and stir it in till its good and dissolved.Now you know how to make Lazy el Cheapo Miso.
Another good way is to cut beef,chicken,pork or fish into small 1 inch cubes,coat with egg,put in a plastic bag with flour in it,shake till coated,then fry it then when its golden crispy brown add it too the hot miso noodles and green onion.

Cranberry juice is good.Hyssop and green tea.Miso soup.fruit and vegetable juices or smoothies with frozen bananas .Buttermilk .Theres green powders with algae and seaweed VERY good,I add them to juice to make them taste better along with pure psyllium fiber,not really tasty but very effective.Buy a good juicer like a Waring pro or something good if you don't already have one.I used to be alcoholic and almost died thats how I learned this stuff.

parsley sage rosemary thyme are great in soup and on meat

I think the food thats simple is perfected by the people that have made it alot and it makes it harder to replicate.
