SGV chinese restaurants open late (after 9)

The problem is that most close at 10. I may not get there until close to 9:30. Most restaurants are not that happy to see new customers come in the door a half hour before closing. Some dishes may not be available, ingredients may not be fresh, and its not a lot of fun trying to eat while breathing disinfectant while they mop the floor around you. Plus I don't like being rushed to finish a meal so they can close on time.

I am open as to cuisine, style, province, etc -- I like them all. I just want a good leisurely meal after a long day of work. I eat in the SGV whenever I can and am always looking for new restaurants, so if you have a favorite that stays open to 11, let me know.

SGV chinese restaurants open late (after 9)

I am doing a presentation in Pasadena until 9 this coming Monday night and before I head home to the Westside, I want a really good Chinese meal (not like the dreck we get in my neighborhood). I have several favorites in the SGV -- e.g., Din Tai Fung, Chang's Garden, Chung King -- but I figure that they will be winding down by the time I get there. Besides, I'm always looking for new places to eat. Any recommendations?
