I recently had the most amazing thirteen courses at O Ya. It was truly a dining experience! More recently, I enjoyed the tasting menu at Hugo's in Portland, ME.
My current drink of choice:
A nice glass of Prosecco or Malbec.
I really wish I could:
add garlic to every meal. There is no such thing as too much garlic.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Baked salmon served atop a puff pastry, slice of tomato and drizzled with fresh pesto and chopped almonds.
My favorite comfort food:
My homemade spicy chicken sausage and lentil soup with a nice piece of crusty bread.
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
I can't limit it to five - 75 Chestnut, Billy Tse's, the Green Cup, Hammersly's Bistro, Hungry Mother, Lin Garden, Ten Tables, and Villa Mexico.
