Momo catering???
I totally agree, the bo ssam was on the top of my list. The problem is I wont be home, I do not have access to a oven! Never did I expect to have to warm it up after I picked it up. Anyway, any backup ideas that would be almost as good? Im stuck.
Momo catering???
When you order pizza for lunch at work, do you pick it up and expect to throw it in the oven?
Momo catering???
Maybe I shouldnt be shocked...but just tried to order a couple orders of the BO SSAM to go from Momo ssam for sunday. As stated on their menu, no delivery, which is a little painful, but doable; and no oysters which you can infer, again, prob still worth it. But heres the shocker...it does not come ready-to-eat! You have to reheat the pork for 20 min at 325 degrees. Same goes for the pork buns which I asked for as well. Also, the $250 does not include any plates, napkins, or utensils. Very dissapointed.
Anyway, Im coming to you for some advice...with no bo ssam, what are some good ideas to feed 25 guys watching football on sunday? Obviously Im looking for something interesting and worthy of chowhounders. Perhaps Daisy Mays whole pig? Thanks!!!!!!!
Bacon, Egg, and Cheese?
Sure, why not...im not saying every morning before work ill commute for some B,E,C, but ill hop in a cab on a sat or sunday morning for a solid breakfast. Its a good follow up question for many of these posts...I would think most of us here would go out of our way for that special food product we constantly try to discover.
Bacon, Egg, and Cheese?
Is there a secret dirty deli in the city that makes the best breakfast sandwich? Or has one of our fav ny chefs put an amazing one on their menu recently? I think Momo's pork bun with fried egg is totally awesome, but you gotta be in the mood for hoisin, rather than ketchup. And who has ever eaten at Wolfgangs/Lugers and not dreamed that they could take home that extra slice of bacon and throw some eggs and cheese on it.
Does anyone have a great recommendation?
Sushi bar offsite caterer?
Anyone have any recommendations of sushi restaurants/companies that will set up a bar and make/serve sushi at a private party in midtown. Any other info would be appreciated, such as what type of fish they offered, price per.... Thanks!
