Need some help to find a butcher who sells bacon which is cut English/Irish style (#1 in this excellent primer):

I can find it frozen in my local English provisions place but it's not the same, the flavour is lost and it comes out looking gray and nasty - is there somewhere in LA that sells it fresh?
