Hard to say which was the "best"....I think more than anything it's a combo of the food and the ambiance....my mood...the people I'm with. I've had some of my best meals at home alone...where I spend a weekend day cooking, then I sit down to savor the meal while watching a movie. I've had some great meals alone in restaurants, where I ended up having a wonderful conversation with a stranger.
