RGR: budget is not in the stratosphere. Wouldn't mind splurging one evening, but would love to experience local neighborhood favorites. Trying to stay under $100 per person not including wine. I know this is probably on the low for NY.

Love food...especially fish, Italian, Indian, and Med. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. P.S. Did I say that dessert is my middle name? Staying at the Barclay at 111 48th St., but will travel for food.
