Ireland: Dublin to Shannon Road Trip - Suggestions?

Me again.
On the way to shannon, call in to Nenagh town, and go to Country Choice - a strange mix of deli and cafe... open daytime hours only. Try to get there for lunch. Their bread and butter pudding is to die for! Well worth a visit. Peter Ward the owner is extremely passionate about good, wholesome, natural food. Tell him Alfie and Margaret sent you! Enjoy!
