So many. Omikasse at Matsuhisa in LA and also at Nobu in Vegas are both right up there.

Pinot Noir or Pisco Sours

Lamb chops with a side of mediterranean orzo salad

Gotta be really great french fries. Also fried chicken & waffles and PF Chang's Spicy Chicken

Nobu, Yank Sing, White Castle, Roscoe's, and Ruth's Chris never disappoint
