It is essentially giant squid, it is cleaned and cooked like monterey squid just instead of being 1-2 oz it is 20-50lbs and generally we use the body and not the tentacles. cortez new menu
Has anyone been to cortez in the last week, walked by and saw that they are now offering entree's, along with 12 or 13 small plates slash apps? The entree's were all under $26 and read very well, made reservation today for next week anything i should try if anybody has been recently
