Lamb Osso Bucco - Oven roasted lamb shank, served with fresh spinach aglio olio and garlic mashed potatoes.

Go back to when I was 18 and my father wanted to send me to Culinary School in RI. People should always listen to their parents.

My signature dish is my BBQ Ribs, but I make a mean ambrosia, everyone seems to like.

Peanut Butter on anything. Macaroni salad with tuna.
