I know you can get lobster at many restaurants, but are there any good restaurants where you order different types of lobster dishes? e.g. lobster thermidor, baked stuffed, savannah

The LS in Burlington is by far the worst.
I've eaten at over 10 of them in the area.

Has anyone heard that FreshPond Fish may be reopening in Arlington?
As far as I'm concerned, they used to have the best seafood products around at one time.

It is trying to lure the ultimate Yuppie. If you want a place to eat lunch, be prepared for a menu that has a slew of phony adjectives to describe mediocre dishes
McKinnon's Meat
McKinnon's in Davis Sq. is the best meats you can get for the money. They butcher most of their meets on the premise. Their marinated steak tips are the best around.
Steamed clams
Any suggestions on where to buy fresh steamers for cooking at home? I can't seem to find them anywhere.

Seafood extravaganza - suggestions
I have some friends coming to Boston in a few weeks for an afternoon restaurant, seafood extravaganza.. They are seafood junkies, particularly lobster.
None of us is well off, but for this date we will empty the wallets ---clam chowder, oysters, baked stuf, etc. We are not particularly enamored of LS's quick pace.
What would be a great fit for us? We would also like a leisurely afternoon.
