Is there any place I can get brunch and listen to some music?

Business lunch in Westport

I have to take a client out next week and am looking for a good place to take him that's not crazy expensive and caters to business clientele (i.e. quick to take order and serve food so we an limit the lunch to an hour). Anything along Post Road is a plus.

Mexican in Westchester????

Westchester is notoriously weak as far as restaurants go. You can try Blue Moon in Bronxville which I found very good but coming from California I doubt you'll find anything outside of NYC up to par.

Dinner in New Paltz

There is an excellent fun seafood restaurant that I cannot remember the name of but it has live music. It's also a fish store. Ask around town I'm sure someone will point you to it.

Donovan's in South Norwalk-CLOSING

I guess that's better than tearing it down but the whole charm of that place is that it's like going back in time. If they update everything it's not going to feel the same. I also suppose the prices are going to need some "dressing up" as well.

Donovan's in South Norwalk-CLOSING

Are you kidding me? I just ate there two weeks ago? We walked up and down the whole block and it was the only establishment that exuded any character, it was incredible! Excellent burgers and ice cold Octoberfest on tap. Awwww damn! Doesn't anyone care about culture anymore? Is there no historical society in Norwalk trying to save it?

Blue Hill @ Stone Barns brunch REPORT

I went there this summer and ate at the cafe. Excellent chicken salad and duck sandwiches.

Good Asian market within 20 miles of Town of Fairfield

Thanks, I'll check it out. Pretty amazing that I move up to fishing country and there are no real fresh fish stores in my town.

I used to live in Westchester and had an awesome source of sushi-grade fish and all the supplies needed to roll my own sushi. Now I'm having a hard time replacing it. Even though I've moved further north to a more fishing centric local, the "fresh fish" seems restricted to the supermarkets. Does anyone know where I can at least buy sushi quality fish?
