Tapas party for four people
there are small spanish peppers, padronas...podria,,,,having trouble with the name... green almost a small habanero look-alike, however when grilled, oiled and salted.. your guest will finish them before all else! anybody familiar with these?...I've only had them in Barcelona but I know people are importing them, maybe even growing them in the states.

Best way to store chocolate?
made the mistake of addin cool cream to melted chocolate and the resulting "seizure" surprised myself and girlfriend. What to do? I think i'll make hot chocolate or a mole possibly. How would one save a "seized" chocolate bomb?
