Best meal I ever ate:
Not a complete meal but the most memorable dish I have ever eaten was a dessert while studying in Cordoba, Spain. It was chocolate ice cream on top of a small chocolate cake-like disc with grapefruit "jus" and black pepper garnish. Utterly amazing.
I really wish I could:
Spend more time cooking!
