Best meal I ever ate:
it involves rice and fava beans and beets and ground turkey. a humble combination, but if you tried what i ate, you might understand. basically edible god.

water rosewater sugar. stir. add ice. will change your life.

the other night i had a dream where i could fly. it wasn't that good.

smooshy stuff: polenta, risotto, cornbread soaked in warm milk with nutmeg. soup.
