It would probably be Urasawa or Masa should I ever want to take on the financial challenge and the future hardship for my taste buds.
My current drink of choice:
Jarritos soft drinks. 13.5 oz. instead of 12, cheap, in glass bottles, and made with sugar. Funny how I never drank them while in L.A. But the gourmet bottled soda trade is pretty thin and pricey up here, so this is the next best option.
I really wish I could:
Go to L.A., kidnap a chef from a Santouka Ramen, and bring him here with me.
My favorite comfort food:
ramen ramen ramen. But with the lack of ramen options here, my new favorite is Nong Shim's Japanese Style Udon Noodle Soup with pre-cooked noodles.
