My birthday dinner a few years ago. It started off with a free form crab cake with celeriac and apple cider jus, followed by prune gnocche topped with foie gras, and an entree of white truffle tagliatelle-the chef shaved off my portion of the truffle tableside, since it had just arrive via Air France! We finished with a molten mocha cake and this wonderful meal of a lifetime was at No. 9 Park.
My current drink of choice:
exotic martinis, which have been my passion for the past 10 years.
I really wish I could:
experience fine-dining more often since it's often prohibitively expensive.
